I have always been a big fan of the Illaya Talapathi, Vijay. He has a charisma about him that is wonderful. He is adept at both action sequences and dances. In this movie, although he has done his part, the story and cinematography has let him down. Who is that fat woman, Rakshita? Is she Rambha's sister?

Lock up the pregnant woman in an air-tight garage filled with smoke and let her cough out her baby... and if you are lucky, you could get her life too! I find it disgusting to see villains that would attack a pregnant woman to seek vengeance on her man!

Noticeable
Vijay is good in his masala role. The dialogue, "Idhu Kattalaiiiii" has been repeated too many times and does not have the same impact as it would if Talaivar had said it. The Villain has a powerful presence. Sonia Aggarwal has done well in her small role. She showed signs of her good potential in the scene where she breaks into KTR's home to recover evidence of his unlawful dealings. Besides that, Rakshita's Thunder Thighs, hips and what not... I really don't understand how that female has the audacity to show off her fluff! Vadivel has been kind of lackluster in this performance.

Verdict
I would probably have liked the movie much more, if I had followed Rathish's advice of fast forwarding the first half. The second half is really what the story is all about, unless you are interested in fat women in their bathrobes! The potential of Sonia Aggarwal has been under-used in this movie. Wanted to add one thing. When I saw the movie, I thought the idea of a bomb inside a cellphone was ridiculous. Maybe its not such an improbable idea after all.
