Vasool Raja MBBS

This is the second time I am watching this movie. The main reason for this repeat was definately Sneha. She is really cool in this movie! What a decent performer! For her talent, she will definately out-do people that she is often compared to, e.g. Meena. The comparison to Munnabhai is inevitable, but I think the tamil version has done its bit. It was very pleasant.

Noticeable
Sneha Sneha Sneha Sneha Sneha & Kamal Hassan's comic timing. Contrary to reviews thrashing Prakash Raj's performance, I disagree. It is just that Boman Irani performed outstandingly in his role for Munnabhai. Prakash was pretty good, just not aged enough to play Sneha's dad, no matter how white they could make his hair.

Verdict

Good pleasant movie to watch with the whole family. The situations like the Carrom board thatha played by "Bokkey" were more apt for Hindi than tamil. Sanjay is unparallelled in his role as a kind hearted don, but Kamal has done full justice to his role. Sneha is a touch better than Gracy, or so I felt coz I definately like her better and hence the obvious bias. Crazy Mohan and Prabhu are not the least like their hindi counterparts! Rustom and Arshad are toooo good. Crazy's dialogues are lackluster. All in all a faithful remake. Worth watching many times!!!
